1.Set up - Rooms and areas to be painted are scheduled with the customer.
- Large furniture is moved into the center of the room.
- Furniture
is covered with plastic.
- Floors are covered with drop cloths.
- Extra care is take for hardwood floors.
2. Preparation - Walls
are scuff-sanded
- Holes and cracks are filled
- Gaps in trim are caulked
- Washing is done when
required
3.
Painting: - Repaired areas are primed.
- Two finish coats are applied to all surfaces.
4. Clean Up: - Furniture is moved back to original positions.
- Floors and carpets are thoroughly vacuumed and swept.
- all garbage is removed.
- Touch-up paint is laveled and left with the
customer
Exterior Process: 1. Cleaning - Pressure washing is performed before
every job
- Delicate areas are hand -washed
- Loose paint chips and debris are cleaned up
- Areas cleaned are given time to dry
2. Pre Paint Preparation - All loose paint is removed, all bare areas are primed.
- All surfaces that will not be painted
are covered to protect against splatter and drips.
- Outdoor furniture is removed and covered if necessary
- Glossy areas are scuff-sanded to
allow for proper adhesion.
- If necessary, areas around doors and windows are caulked
- Feather-sanding and stripping are done as needed.
3. Painting - Two finish coats
are applied for proper coverage
- Paint is applied with a brush, roller, or
sprayer as warranted
4 Clean-Up - Performed daily and upon completion of the job
- All
garbage is removed
- Left over paint is labeled and left with customer
- Outdoor fixtures and furniture are upt back to their original positions
5. Inspection - The Fiore team conducts a site
inspection to ensure job satisfaction.
- The customer walks around with the foreman or manager
- Final touch-ups are noted and completed
before the team leaves
- The customer is given the Customer Comment Card for feedback and warranty. Payment is received.
